Internal padding:	3-6cm viscose elastic S.A.F. (shock absorbing form) covered with breathable 3D mesh, which is 5mm thick and usually used in the automotive industry. The internal padding is fixed at three points with industrial Velcro fastener and can be removed for airing.
Chin protection:	3cm thick padding with breathing holes.
The visor:	The visor is made from the same material that is used for safety glasses, cannot shatter and cannot be penetrated. Color is green, covered with anti-scratch film on the outside, has anti-fog film on the inside and offers UV protection.
The internal helmet and external shell form one unit; there is no break away system! The external shell is flexible and cushions any crash and retains its form. The chin clip is a German standard product and the chin strap is also covered with the 3D mesh. All of the materials of the helmets are made and tested in Germany. The helmets are delivered fitted with padding, chin strap, base coated, sanded and ready for painting (painting and finishing on request). The Helmets are hand made. Every screw, strap, visor, fibre glass layer, the foam, the fitting and the finishing is done by Stephan Risch; built by a skater for other skaters and made in Munich. Doris Day is always in stock.
